NZ Army Vehicles
The Task:
To repaint 90 new Nissan Navara 4WD vehicles for Nissan New Zealand to NZ Army green in a matt finish.
The Process:
The vehicles were dispatched from Nissan New Zealand and delivered in batches from around the country. They were scheduled in as they arrived for disassembly, pre-paint prep and painting. Staff teams were set up to ensure that day-to-day workflow continued uninterrupted while the NZ Army team worked to a tight pre-scheduled timeframe. All parties were kept informed throughout the process.
The Result:
Our client was very happy with the level of time management and workmanship throughout the process. All vehicles were painted to spec, on budget and on time.

DHL Vans
The Task:
To repaint Courier Post and Pace Courier vans to new DHL specifications. Finishing application of new corporate detail was also required on all fleet vehicles.
The Process:
The project plan was arranged across a timeline where batches of vehicles were delivered by their drivers. As they arrived they were scheduled for disassembly, pre-paint prep and painting. Dedicated fleet teams were set up to ensure that day-to-day workflow continued uninterrupted while the DHL teams worked to a tight timeframe.
The Result:
DHL were delighted with the level of expertise, quality finishing and friendly service delivered by Precision Autowerks from the outset - we have set the benchmark. All vehicles painted (to date) have been completed to spec, on budget and on time. Final fleet work is being completed.
